You are invited to bid on the above-referenced project.
Major items of work include:
- Construction of cast-in-place concrete water control structure (680 cfs design flow rate) and associated canal embankment excavation, backfill and compaction
- Installation and commissioning of water control gates
- Construction of reinforced concrete canal lining
- Furnishing and installation of rip rap canal lining
- Replacement of canal crossing siphon
- Replacement of irrigation lateral and farm turnout deliveries
- Installation of HDPE pipe, precast concrete turnout outlet structures
- Furnishing and installation of miscellaneous metals and site electrical/SCADA improvements
Bidding documents may be obtained from Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group at no charge. Interested parties must contact Mallory Serrao at (866) 776-6200 x232 to register as a plan holder and receive the bid documents. Once registered, a separate email will be sent that provides a link to the project’s Microsoft OneDrive folder for downloading the bid documents.
The Bid Package includes a Bidders Proposal, along with a complete set of bid documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 2 p.m. Bids submitted after this time will not be considered. Bidders should include “Abel Check Structure Replacement Project Bid Documents” in the subject line of their submission email. If you decide not to submit a bid, please let me know your reason(s) for non-submittal.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Please RSVP by email to mserrao@ppeng.com no later than 24 hours in advance of the pre-bid meeting. Meeting location will be provided upon RSVP.
